Job Purpose:

The Commercial Junior Officer will assist the commercial team in managing and developing business activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of commercial strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Commercial Operations:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of commercial documents and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of commercial activities.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Compile and analyse sales data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Organize and maintain commercial files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for commercial meetings.
  • Support the commercial team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to commercial activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the facility management industry.
